If you mean the Huddle, then it was a desktop video capture of my entire screen (I think I used iShowU at that time), with a mini window of my 'talking head' in the top right corner of the screen, using Quicktime Pro. During the Huddle session with my audience, they could see my entire desktop including 'talking head'. This was powered by Glance.net, a desktop sharing service.
