Just received a package from Randy Corke, President of Utterz.com for a value-added video contribution.
A couple of cow key fobs, a notepad with his personal writing of thanks (great touch!), his business card, a blowup beach ball, and an Utterz t-shirt (he had previously asked me for my size) is what arrived.
Many companies view a sale as an event. However, its just the start of a relationship, a journey with a client to convert them to an evangelist of your company, product or service.
How can you learn from this example for your product or service or company? What are some of the ways you’ve extended this idea to create evangelists for your offerings? Appreciate your thoughts and feedback…

Lots of great information in your posts – I have noticed that Utterz is now Utterli – (may be they were just trying to off-load some old TShirts and promo stuff! – only kidding I am sure they appreciate your help promoting their services – I only checked them out because of your posts and I am sure you sent many other readers their way too) I am thinking of signing up – do you still use them or as this web2.0 Social media stuff changes so fast is there some other service that you would suggest (budurl? – which may be a bit too much for my needs (too focused on tracking) but I think Paul Colligan suggested this for ubersyndication or something like that!)
Keep up the good work!

Hi James, thx 4 stopping by. I haven’t used Utterz/Utterli in a long while. I need to check them out again
It definitely is a great service, with syndicating your mobile audio podcasts from phone to your blog. They’ve even added video now, but unsure if I can stream video from iPhone directly to the service, and have it auto post to my blog yet, have to check it.
I’m focusing on Live Video Broadcasting for now at http://ShermanHu.tv. Also working with some folks on HD compression technology and bringing lots of great ‘toys’ to the market for business folks to add to their reach and conversions.
Stay tuned with me on this blog or at my Twitter stream
