The Perfect Day: In the summer, hike one our many mountain parks in the morning, then cool off at Big Surf Waterpark. Grab a lunch at one of the ethnic restaurants on Mill Ave, then wine-hop in Scottsdale.

Favourite Memory: Every Sunday afternoon, my mates and I will meet at one of our favourite neighbourhood pubs for a traditional roast...slow-roasted beef, potatoes, vegetables, gravy and Yorkshire pudding - oh my! I’m hungry all over again, and I just had lunch!

Favourite Food: I like to pair a chilled Zurracapote (a mixed drink of sugar, lemon, red wine, cinnamon, and dried fruits) with a bocadillos, a baguette sandwich filled with meat, cheese, omelets, jamón and chorizo sausages.
Favourite Memory: Back in university, my best friend and I enjoyed bar hopping on weekends in the heart of the Old Town. That’s how I met my wife-to-be, and my best friend was the best man at our wedding.
Specialty: Dio is a master at voices and accents. He’s also our coordinator for voiceovers for our video projects. We love his passion for life, music and voices!
